2. Application

Applications are accepted beginning September 1 of the current school year, for the following school year.
3.Interview Process
After the application form and fee have been submitted, the parent calls the Director to schedule a parent and child interview. This is a 30 to 45 minute observational interview.

It is advisable to register your child at least 1 year prior to the expected start date at the center. Children who are currently enrolled at Orchard House are given the opportunity to continue their education at the Center for the following year. Accordingly, admission of new children to Orchard House is subject to the availability of space, as well as a determination by the Director that the Center can meet the needs of the child.
5. Notification of Decision
Parents who have applied on behalf of their child for admission as a new student into Orchard House will be notified of the status by the Director. Parents who are notified that their child has been granted admission must return the enrollment contract and applicable tuition within two weeks of the date notice is received or risk forfeiting their child's admission.
Tuition is dependent on individual program choice and therefore varies from child to child. Orchard House is a private institution with no government funding. Parents are eligible for substantial childcare tax credit from the government. Please consult the chart as a guide to these rebates.
